Sleep & Recovery Service
Because exhausted brains and bodies don’t thrive.
Sleep isn’t just about how many hours you spend in bed, it’s about how you feel the next day.
If you’re lying awake at night, waking frequently, or waking up exhausted despite “sleeping”, you’re not alone. Sleep problems can affect mood, concentration, energy, weight, and overall health.
Sleep is one of the most powerful, and in my experience, one of the most neglected, foundations of health.
At The Dr Jenni Clinic, we see daily how poor sleep worsens anxiety, weight gain, chronic pain, ADHD symptoms, perimenopause and hormonal balance, and emotional resilience.
A Personalised, Medical Approach
Our Sleep & Recovery Service offers layered, personalised support: from self-help strategies through to medical assessment and treatment.
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive medical sleep assessment, where we take time to understand your sleep patterns, lifestyle, and overall health.
This may include:
- A full review of your sleep and contributing factors
- Screening for underlying conditions
- Consideration of medical causes and targeted investigations (including blood tests where appropriate)
- Medication review or prescribing where clinically indicated
- A clear, personalised Sleep & Recovery Plan tailored to your life
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s practical, evidence-led, and designed for real lives.
We have particular experience supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause, as well as individuals with ADHD or busy, high-demand lifestyles where sleep can be especially disrupted.
A Welcome Gift
Patients booking our Sleep & Recovery Package will receive a small, thoughtful welcome gift to support their sleep journey, including magnesium, a lavender sleep bag, soothing eye pads, and a selection of sleep teas.
Who This Service Is For
This service is ideal for patients who:
- Feel permanently tired despite “sleeping enough”
- Have ADHD or suspect they do
- Are in perimenopause or menopause
- Experience anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
- Wake unrefreshed, wired, or foggy
- Struggle to switch off at night
- Have tried “sleep hygiene” or other methods and feel it didn’t work
Ongoing Support, Not Just Advice
This is not a one-off consultation. We provide ongoing support, helping you understand your sleep patterns, implement changes, and adjust your plan over time. Our aim is to give you clarity, structure, and realistic strategies that actually work in day-to-day life.
